Today’s visit to the past reminds me that we learn at an early age to tell those little white lies that we tell so as not to hurt other people’s feelings. I also learned today that the word Mohawk is capital because it’s derived from the proper noun The Mohicans. Thanks spell check! Without you I would spell like a poorly trained orangutan.

From the Past:

March 18, 1994 – Age 8

Today is Friday but I don’t have school it’s parent teacher conferences. I played outside most of the day. My next door neighbor got Mohawk. I don’t like it but I act like I do.
