June 21st, 2002
Well, tonight was the last night of YTM. And well, I don’t want to leave. Home is people, family is people and the people here are more real than my actual family.
Things here are perfect. But going home will be cool I guess. See some of my friends again.
I asked Mary out on Thursday, and we are going out, so that is cool.
She is really cool. I definitely, haven’t found someone who sees me and knows me for me, but that’s okay.
I’ve grown closer to God here. And have learned to see that particular religion isn’t really as important as how well you follow it.
I also will eave here with a sense of being able to make a difference in things, and I definitely will too.
Today, Matt, J and I danced around singing about squirrels It was a lot of fun.
I think right now I am me.
